Shelbi attended Loyola Marymount University, where she played collegiate basketball, and later earned her master’s degree from Columbia University. Her academic and athletic background helped shape the discipline, leadership, and strategic mindset she brings to her real estate career.

She began her real estate career in the San Francisco Bay Area, completing numerous transactions and building a strong foundation in highly competitive markets. Shelbi remains licensed in both California and Tennessee, allowing her to continue assisting clients relocating between the two regions.

After moving to Nashville, Shelbi worked at the forefront of the city’s new development market with the City Living Group, specializing in high rise condominiums and townhome projects throughout the downtown urban core. This experience gave her valuable insight into development, design, and investment strategy. Today, her work is primarily focused on single family residential homes across Nashville’s most desirable neighborhoods.
